Your account should be settled prior to departure at Reception. We accept all major Credit Cards and Cheques supported by a Guarantee Card.
Car Hire/Taxi Services
Either service can be organised via our Reception.
Doctor
Should you need a Doctor/Medical Treatment, please call Reception and we will arrange for immediate attention.
Fax/Photocopy Services
These facilities and current charges are available at Reception.

Fire Precautions
Details of Fire Exits, Evacuation Procedures and external areas to meet are all detailed in your room. In the event of a Fire Alarm sounding, please leave the building as quickly as possible.
Fitness Room
The fitness room consists of a multi-gym, cycle, rowing machine, treadmill, step machine and free weights. It is located in the annexe and open to residents 24 hours.
Golf Course
Guests are more than welcome to use the 9 hole golf course utilising their own equipment or, if preferred, the clubs etc. that are available from Reception.
Keys
Please leave the Bedroom key with Reception before you leave.
Laundry/Dry Cleaning
A dry cleaning and laundry service is available. Please fill out the form and hand it along with the soiled linen in the bag provided to Reception. Irons and Ironing Boards are available on request from Reception (Main House).
Non-Smoking
Please note that Ponsbourne Park is a non-smoking hotel.
Porter
For help with any Luggage, please contact Reception for a Porter's assistance.
Postal Facilities
Postage Stamps and a Mailing service is available from Reception. |

Messages received in your absence will be held at Reception.
Check In Time from 2.00pm.
Check Out Time by 10.00am.

Conference and Banqueting
Conference, Wedding Receptions and Private Dinners are all welcome. Please contact Reception for a site inspection and one of our Information Packs.
Service Charges
These are left to the Customer's discretion.
Swimming Pool
Before swimming, please check in with Reception. A signature on our disclaimer form is required prior to use of the pool and pool area. Please note swimming under the influence of alcohol can prove fatal.
Tennis Courts
The all weather tennis courts are available for guest's use, however bookings must be made via Reception due to Tournaments, Coaching Sessions and Member's days.
Valuables
May we remind you that any valuables left in your room are done so at your own risk. It is also advised that suitcases, briefcases, suit carriers etc. are not left in cars in the car park. |
