Head Housekeeper
An experienced Head Housekeeper to work 37.5 per week five days over seven between the hours of 8.00am and 4.00pm. Weekend work will be included. The succesful candidate will manage the housekeeping department and staff to ensure standards are maintained in the hotel bedrooms and all public areas. The pay for this role is £8.75 per hour. Uniform and meals will be provided whilst on duty.
Junior Sous Chef
A Junior Sous Chef to work 40 Hours per week five days over seven. Work to be based in the Bistro at Ponsbourne Park. The pay is £19.5K.
Duty Manager
An experienced Duty Manager qualified up to NVQ Level 3 with at least 2 years hotel management experience to work 40 hours on a 5/7 days mainly at weekends. The salary for this role is £17,680.00 per annum. Responsibilities for this role is to work as part of the current management team, able to multi task and step in to ensuring excellent customer service and managing staff for all weddings and functions and the general day to day management of the hotel.
